Who we are

Armour Scaffolding UK ("we") provides scaffolding in London, Kent, Essex and Surrey and is responsible for the personal data described here. Contact: armourscaffoldinguk@gmail.com, 07788 110 210.

What we collect and why

Quote form. Your name, phone number, optional email address, project postcode or town, type of scaffolding, timing and any message you add. We also record which page you sent it from and, where you arrived from an advert, the advert's campaign details, so we know which marketing works. We use this to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote and carry out any work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before a contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business.

Phone, WhatsApp and email. If you contact us directly we hold what you send us for the same purposes.

Optional cookies. Only if you accept them: Google Ads measurement (marketing) and Google Analytics 4 (analytics). See our cookie policy. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from "Cookie settings" in the footer.

Who receives your details

Quote form enquiries are processed by our form provider, Formspree (Formspree, Inc., USA), which emails them to us, and may be passed to our customer-relationship (CRM) system so we can follow up, provided by our marketing partner on our behalf. These providers only process data on our instructions. If you consent to marketing cookies, Google receives information about your visit to measure advert performance. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry details are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work, and for our business and legal records, then deleted. Tell us if you want them removed sooner.

Fonts

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.

International transfers

Some providers (including Google) may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookie preferences

Choose which optional cookies we may use. You can change this at any time from the footer.
